Is there anything other than Meripax, etc. that can be used effectively for restless leg synddrome? I know several people that have the "disorder" and are suffering greatly. Please let me know if you have alternatives to the meds that target and alter the neuro-transmitters. Thanks! Carole
 
I have not found anything else that seems to work as well as Mirapex. I always recommend that patients take high doses (5-7gm) of Omega Oils. This has natural anti-inflammatory properties and could possibly help with this condition. You want to make sure you take and Omega that is properly processed. We have several lines at Stanley Pharmacy Compounding Center that are very high in quality.
